After your one-on-one consultation with our wine maker, we oversee every step of the fermentation process at our cellar. This requires daily oversight and constant tweaking to create the wine of your specific vision and taste. The entire journey is logged in realtime for each wine we make, and available to you online, should you wish to follow each step of the process.
